Qualcomm’s annual Snapdragon Technology Summit gave us a whole lot of information when it comes to the future of the company, partnerships and even products. It will be a very impressive year for them as they are not only working closely with phone manufacturers but now, even with computer manufactures by implementing their chips as CPUs and modems to bring Always Connected to these devices. But rest assured they had an announcement about their latest Snapdragon 845 processor.
The processor will be built on the same 10 nm processor technology like the 835 and it will still support Gigabit LTE speeds via its X20 modem. We have already seen laptops that are equipped with the 835 processor and they confirmed that early next year, we will see laptops with the 845 processor. It will feature four Cortex A75 and four Cortex A53 cores as processing module.
