PRISM+ Launches Its First 4K QLED TVs with Google TV Integration in Malaysia

PRISM+, the consumer tech brand acclaimed for its premium-value gaming monitors and best-selling 4K Android TVs, has made an exciting announcement.

Expanding its product line, the company has unveiled its first-ever 4K QLED Display TV, the PRISM+ Q-Series Ultra. This cutting-edge addition is set to redefine home cinematic experiences with advanced features such as Dolby Vision®, Dolby Atmos®, HDR10+, Filmmaker mode, and an optimized Google TV interface.

The Q-Series Ultra debuts in three sizes, with the largest, the Q75 Ultra 75-inch TV, retailing at a launch price of RM4,499. The Q65 Ultra 65-inch and Q55 Ultra 55-inch TVs are priced at RM3,299 and RM2,299 respectively, offering up to 35% savings compared to similar models from traditional brands.

This latest offering from PRISM+ combines the best of the brand’s popular features, such as Hands-Free Voice Control, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos immersive audio, with new, innovative technologies.

“The introduction of our 4K QLED displays to our TV line-up marks yet another milestone in our history as we seek to bring affordable home cinematic experiences to greater heights,” said Eric Kam, Country Director of PRISM+ Malaysia.

The Q-Series Ultra uses quantum dots and microscopic molecules to enhance light and colour, improving colour vibrancy, brightness, and contrast. Advanced cinematic technologies such as HDR10+ and Filmmaker Mode are integrated, allowing for higher brightness levels, better contrast, and content display in its original format.

In partnership with Dolby, a leader in immersive entertainment experiences, the new line-up will feature Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. These technologies help unlock the full potential of HDR, providing a wider range of color, sharper contrast, and richer details, and immersing viewers in the scene with unparalleled clarity and depth.

PRISM+ has also integrated Google TV into their latest TV line-up, improving personalization, content discovery, parental control, app access, and smart home device connectivity. Google TV’s personalised profiles, smart home device integration, and virtual remote capabilities enhance the user experience.

An improved remote control design, with several added hotkeys, complements these features, offering a sleek and ergonomic user interface.

Understanding the diverse content consumption preferences of Malaysians, PRISM+ has also forged strategic partnerships with leading content providers such as mewatch, Viu, WeTV, and Durioo+. This allows PRISM+ to offer a stellar selection of shows, dramas, and movies, with extensive premium free trial periods of up to 12 months.

The PRISM+ Q Series Ultra QLED Google TVs are available for purchase from 16 May 2023 from PRISM+ online and retail stores, as well as on Lazada and Shopee.
