The monitors above is also capable of reproducing 82% of the NTSC colour gamut and a full 99% sRGB colour gamut, giving the monitors the capability to show a wider range of colours for more true-to-life images.

Philips own technology such as Smartimage Lite and SmartContrast are also implemented into the monitors to boost image output quality. These monitors come with an optional Mobile High Definition Link (MHL) cable for those who wish to connect their mobile devices to the Philips monitor.

Three of the five Philips monitors, the 21.5 inch 227E7QDSW, the 23 inch 237E7QDSW/B and the 27 inch 276E7QDSW/B feature a 16:9 Full HD display. The 27 inch 279X6QJSW is a curved monitor that comes with AMD FreeSync technology, and the 34 inch BDM3490UC features an almost bezel-less display that has a QHD resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels.
