OnePlus resolves to ship phones quicker in 2017

Chinese company OnePlus has no doubt released smartphones that managed to raise some eyebrows. From the controversial invite-only OnePlus One to the current OnePlus 3T, OnePlus has certainly shown signs of maturity, especially when it comes to the marketing aspect. However, the company has faced supply difficulties yet again, this time with the OnePlus 3T. With that, OnePlus aims to ship phones faster this year, reducing delivery times.

In a post on OnePlus Forums, the company has claimed that two of its latest devices – the OnePlus 3 and the OnePlus 3T have been in constant high demand, leading to supply difficulties whereby the OnePlus underestimated the demand for its smartphones. Towards the end of last year, the devices on its online store were constantly out of stock. Consumers also had to wait a little longer than usual to receive their beloved devices.

OnePlus now has a New Year’s resolution to quicken its delivery process for its devices. As a start, the company has announced that beginning January 24th, its latest batch of OnePlus 3T units will be able to be shipped immediately upon order in the EU and North America region. OnePlus does not guarantee that this offer will last forever, but it is definitely a good start. What are your New Year’s resolutions?
