OnePlus Nord 2: What we know so far

The OnePlus Nord 2 is one of the more highly-anticipated devices this year, and OnePlus India has been slowly uncovering the key tech specs of the device on their official Twitter page.

One of the latest tweets say that the phone will come packed with a 6.43-inch 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display – which is very similar to screen found on the original OnePlus Nord. As impressive as the display was on the original phone, fans would’ve wanted to see an upgrade, particularly in the refresh rate department.

The brand has also confirmed that the Nord 2 will run on Oxygen OS 11, and there will be 2 major Android updates for the phone, along with 3 years of security updates.

The pone’s chassis is going to incorporate curved edges and what looks like aluminium frames – but this isn’t confirmed; What can be confirmed is that the Nord 2 will make its first appearance this July 22; it’ll be interesting to see what other features it’ll take on after the brand merged with OPPO.
