OnePlus 9 Pro specs leaked: Snapdragon 888 and 6.7-inch 120Hz display

The OnePlus 9 series will be the brand’s flagship entry for 2021 – and as usual, it’s gathered quite a sum of hype for it too.

But also as usual, the internet has found a way to leak information regarding the OnePlus 9 Pro already – a screenshot posted on Techmaniacs.gr shows the ‘About Phone’ page of the phone, detailing its specs.

Powerful hardware

As we already know, the OnePlus 9 Pro will pack the newest Snapdragon 888 chipset – which should be quite the jump up from what the OnePlus 9 could pack, which is the Snapdragon 865. For memory and storage, the screenshot shows 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

Display and cameras

The phone packs a 6.7-inch 120Hz Fluid AMOLED display with a punch hole camera placed on the top left of the screen. For imaging, you get a 48MP main shooter, alongside a 50MP lens, an 8MP camera (possibly ultrawide), and a 2MP camera (possibly a depth sensor).

The whole appeal of OnePlus phones however – besides its clean One UI aesthetics – is its ‘flagship killer’ price tag; in recent years, OnePlus’ phones have been quite pricy and that title has somewhat fallen into the hands of Xiaomi; as incredible as the OnePlus 9 looks so far, it’ll need to really set itself apart from its flagship competitors in order to sell.
