Recently, Brightstar Malaysia announced the availability of the OnePlus 5 in the country via pre-orders. The official Malaysian distributor for OnePlus has finally revealed that the Chinese flagship smartphone will go on sale one week for now.
The OnePlus 5 will be available for sale beginning next Saturday, 8 July in select Malaysian retailers across the country. The phone, which was revealed just a little under two weeks ago, sports top tier specs such as a Snapdragon 835 processor and up to 8GB of RAM underneath the hood. OnePlus has also equipped a dual camera setup for the OnePlus 5, consisting of 20MP and 16MP sensors with EIS. The selfie camera is of 16MP and comes with OIS. The handset packs a 3,300mAh battery for all its power consumption needs.
The OnePlus 5 is currently available for pre-order via RedClicks in Lazada and DirectD. The phone will be available for direct purchase through Brightstar Distribution Sdn Bhd authorized retailers from July 8th.
