OnePlus 3 to "Never Settle", packing 6GB of RAM

It seems like there will be another device with 6GB of RAM, after the Vivo XPlay 5 and before the rumored Galaxy Note 6 by Samsung. We’ve been hit with a couple of leaked benchmarks from Chinese site IT Home of a Rain Rain A3000 handset.

For starters, a GFXBench result of the alleged device tells us that it will sport a 5-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The OnePlus 3 will have a 16MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. The device is also indicated to have NFC support on board. On the other hand, another GeekBench result was uploaded by the same site, this time stating that thet Rain Rain A3000 will be packing 6GB of RAM instead. The rest of the specs remain pretty consistent since leaks as early as last month.

As confusing as it may seem, it’s best to take these benchmarks with a huge grain of salt. “Overkill” isn’t the company tagline for OnePlus but their bold “Never Settle” statement might prove us wrong otherwise. What do you think of a 6GB RAM OnePlus 3?
