Olympus has made improvements on its popular and popular premium compact camera – the OM-D E-M10 Mark II, announcing its second generation model today. The new model features Olympus’ 5-axis In-Built Image Stabilisation (IBIS), high-clarity 2.36 mega-dot OLED viewfinder, advanced picture sharing functionality, and a modern-classic design the OM-D series is famous for.
Aimed at first-time SLR owners, enthusiastic travellers and families, the OM-D E-M10 Mk II prides in the shooting capabilities of its 5-axis IBIS system as it allows you to shoot with more mobility and freedom compared to many other entry to intermediate class of interchangeable lens cameras. Photos will constantly be sharp and naturally-lit even without a tripod, as its convenient handheld shooting flexibility allows photography novices to shoot a wide range of subjects. Since the IS mechanism is built into the camera body, each lens used with the new E-M10 Mk II will automatically benefit from the stabilisation, making it easier to choose any lens you like without worrying about compatibility.

The OM-D E-M10 Mark II will be available in Malaysia in September 2015, priced at RM2,699 for the body alone, RM3,399 for the body and a 14-42mm EZ lens, and RM4,299 for the camera body and a 14-150mm II lens that comes with free external grip ECG-3.
