Singapore-based Ohmyhome property transaction platform is now available in Malaysia – offering both DIY and end-to-end services

Ohmyhome is the brainchild of Malaysian-born sisters Rhonda and Race Wong; the duo founded the property transaction platform back in 2016 in Singapore; and after three years of success the service will be available in Malaysia too.

Ohmyhome provides a comprehensive property transaction service by including agency works like mortgage advisory, house agent service, conveyancing, and more. The platform allows “DIY” transactions too with no charge to the buyer or the seller; here, users can to pick certain services that they want help with, or simply utilize Ohmyhome as a search tool for properties only.

The service is currently available in Klang Valley only, with plans to expand to Johor soon. With three years of fine-tuning on their Singapore platform, Rhonda and Race say that Malaysians get to experience a more refined user experience when on the Ohmyhome website or mobile app. The duo claims that there will be no duplicate listings, while all postings are genuine.

At the time of writing, listings are not at an abundance given the recency of the platform’s launch, but the owners aim to have 1,000 listings and 100 transactions completed by the end of the first quarter. With that, we can expect the folks at Ohmyhome to approach more home sellers to expand their listings, making it a more viable option for buyers to use when choosing their next home.

You can visit the website here, or download the Android app; the iOS app launch is set for a later date.
