The Nothing Phone (2a) is already a pretty good-looking phone, and Nothing isn’t stopping the momentum as it has announced a Special Edition of the phone.
The Phone (2a) Special Edition has the same internals as the regular model, but the back has been stylized with a mixture of red, yellow and blue accents, which Nothing says that it celebrates the primary colors and their place within its brand identity. For instance, the red has been used in the right earbud of all Nothing audio products, the yellow in the new Ear (a), and more recently, the blue was used on the Phone (2a) blue, which makes this the first product to have three colors used.
Powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor, the Nothing Phone (2a) features a 6.7-inch Flexible AMOLED display, a dual 50MP camera setup and a simpler Glyph interface that we like a lot, it has a large 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, which is a notable improvement over the company’s first phone.
The Nothing Phone (2a) Special Edition will be available in 100 limited units in Malaysia, while priced similarly as the regular model at RM1,699, it can be purchased at the Crossover online store starting June 7 2024, 12AM onwards.
