Motorola may be inactive in Malaysia, but that isn’t stopping the company from making decent mid-range devices for the masses, as the company has unveiled the Moto G7 with four models catered for different users, which the company intends to deliver what matters to Y.O.U.
Moto G7 Plus
We are no strangers to the Plus model of the Moto G family, the Moto G7 Plus offers the best camera performance of all the four models with an optically stabilized main 16MP f/1.7 camera and supported by a secondary 5MP depth camera.
For selfie lovers, the Moto G7 Plus has a 12MP front camera and uses the screen for flash in low light.
Powered by a Snapdragon 636 chipset and supported by 4GB RAM, the Moto G7 Plus sports a gorgeous 6.2″ Max Vision Full HD+ display and a pair of stereo speakers tuned by Dolby Audio.
Motorola claims a full day of use with its 3000mAh battery, but if that runs out in the middle of your day, the G7 Plus supports Motorola’s 27W TurboPower which will deliver up to 12 hours of usage with just 15 minutes of charge.
Moto G7
Powered by a Snapdragon 632 chipset, the Moto G7 shares a lot of similarities like its Plus sibling, including a 6.2″ Max Vision Full HD+ display, though its camera system is downgraded to a 12MP+5MP cmbo, there’s still some features to look out, including 15W TurboPower charging and a water repellent 3D Gorilla Glass design.
Moto G7 Power
Rocking a 5000mAh battery inside, Motorola claims up to 60 hours of work and play on the Moto G7 Power, performance is managed by the Snapdragon 632 chipset with 3GB RAM, it has the same display size as the other G7 siblings albeit with a lower HD+ resolution, a 12MP f/2.0 single lens camera is present instead of a dual camera system, while the front camera is a little underwhelming with a 8MP f/2.2 sensor.
Despite being a lower end Moto G device, it still uses a USB-C port for charging and supports Motorola’s 15W TurboCharge fast charging technology.
Moto G7 Play
The most compact of all, the Moto G7 Play delivers affordable mid-range performance with a Snapdragon 632 chipset paired to 2GB RAM, it sports a smaller 5.7″ Max Vision HD+ display and has a fast focusing 13MP camera with zero-shutter lag. In terms of power, the 3000mAh battery is claim to deliver up to 40 hours of usage while supporting the standard 10W fast charging standard, and we are glad that it charges over USB-C.
