Good news laptop gamers, it appears that two mobility hardware in the form of the Intel Core i7-9750H and the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650.
WCCF Tech reported on leaked presentation slides confirming the arrival of the two items. Starting with the Intel Core-i7-9750H, the 9th-gen flagship CPU is said to be 28% faster than its 8th-gen predecessor. The slide also shows suggest that the 9750H is twice as fast as the Core i7-7700 CPU.
It goes without saying that this processor will be utilized in high-end laptops for gaming and workstations.
In addition, another slide deck suggests that a mobile version of the Nvidia GTX 1650 4GB clocked at 1395MHz. This is a much bigger leak thanks to how well-received the release of the GeForce GTX 1660 cards were – folks have been asking for an even more affordable GTX 1650 for desktop.
The slide confirms the existence of the much-requested graphics card – albeit for mobile devices. This card is said to be 41% faster than the GTX 1050 and 24% faster than the GTX 1050 Ti. That means future laptops could handle AAA games fairly well without costing too an arm and a leg.
This is great news as it makes affordability, power and portability all rolled into one something possible. We will be watching news of these two products with great interest.
