Microsoft offers 10% discount to students for Surface devices

The term ‘student discount’ in laptops are usually referred to entry-level laptops that you would probably hate using after a while, but this round, Microsoft is turning that around by offering 10% off the price of its Surface devices, the discounts will apply to new units of the Surface Laptop, Surface Pro and Surface Book 2, which is rather attractive considering that Surface devices are priced rather expensive, and it is obviously seen as a competition to Apple’s education pricing.

This offer is valid at all major Microsoft Surface retailers, including All IT Hypermarket, Harvey Norman, PC Image, SNS Network, Thundermatch Technology and Senheng Electric. To redeem the offer, you will need to head on over to the dedicated mini site at www.surfacestudent.com and have your details submitted, a code will be sent to your e-mail and you can then head on to any of the said retailers above to purchase your new Surface device. Also, Microsoft notes that the maxed out specs of the Surface Laptop, Surface Pro and Surface Book 2 will only be available at Harvey Norman.
