Mercedes-Benz is rebranding their Electric Mobility to Electric Intelligence(EQ)

With the successful launch and great response of the Mercedes-Benz S400H flagship limousine and the E300 Bluetec hybrid, the company has now expanded their line up of plugin hybrids to the Mercedes-Benz C350e and the E350e hybrid vehicles. Now, with the introduction of the EQ brand, this brings about a redesign of the C350e and E350e as EQ Power products.

EQ Power will pave the way for a range of pure electric vehicles which has been shown during the Paris Motor Show 2016 as concept cars. Following the launch of Mercedes-Benz branded charging stations in Bangsa Shopping Center, the company has reaffirmed its commitment of EEV initiatives in Malaysia with new charging stations in Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Desa Park City. Other locations will be announced at a later time, all these charging stations will be rebranded as EQ facilities.

As an added value for EQ vehicles owners, Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia is introducing an EQ Agility Care package that offers a tenure of over three to five years. Customers will enjoy scheduled vehicle maintenance and service along with an EQ Power charging wallbox packaged with their EQ Power C350e and E350e over the same period, offering greater convenience to its customers.
