Meizu 16 will come with an in-display fingerprint sensor and no notch

It’s rare to see a company CEO leak details of their upcoming product, this leak comes from the head of Meizu who showed their upcoming Meizu 16 flagship phone and whats interesting about this leak is that the phone seems to have an in-display fingerprint sensor and a near bezeless design.

The image was mainly to show the bezel thickness when comparing it to another phone. It shows the bottom sides of the phone where the chin is located, but whats more interesting about the image is that it seems to have a fingerprint sensor on the screen, indicated by a fingerprint mark. Wheather that is intentional or not, it’s really nice to see Meizu stepping up their game to bring next-generation technology to their phone. It is still unsure if they are going with Super AMOLED screens for this feature but from what we can see, the phone is looking really nice.

Shortly after that, a rendered image of the phone appeared online showing the minimal bezel design and to our surprise, there is no notch on the phone.

Specs-wise, the phone will come with a Snapdragon  845 processor, 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage, all of this will come with a price tag of 3300 Yuan (RM2015.68). Its really nice to see Meizu is pulling all the stops on this phone, which is sure to be their most impressive and powerful phone to date.
