There are times when we find the most innovative gadgets on Kickstarter, and this is one of those times. Introducing The Nipper, this is the smallest phone charger in the world and can charge most major smartphone brands in the market. How small is it? Well, this little bugger measures at only 17 x 17 x 17mm in a shape of a cube when combined, and only weighs 10g.
If you are expecting this tiny thing to charge your entire phone, then let me burst that little bubble. The whole point to this nifty little charger is to give your phone an emergency boost in the event its battery is drained out and you did not bring a power bank or your wall plug charger. The Nipper can be attached to your keys, bag or even your belt loop, and it uses the world’s most universal battery to charge your phone – two pieces of AA-sized battery.
The Nipper uses two magnets to connect the AA batteries, and then connecting it to your phone via the micro USB port, and voila! Your smartphone gets that little charge for some phone calls, messages or even that Facebook post you just have to put online for everyone to see. Why AA batteries? Well, it is the most universal battery and can be bought almost anywhere easily.
