It looks like Apple is gearing up to launch new M4 Macs and refresh the overdue iPad mini in the coming month, while an all-new iPhone SE could also be part of the announcement, just in time for the holidays for one final boost in sales.
As usual, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman is the person who speculated this and he’s usually very accurate about these claims. This would be a really exciting launch as we will be seeing new form factors in hardware, especially the M4 powered Mac mini with only USB-C ports that could measure almost the same or slightly bigger than an Apple TV box, a huge departure from the original design that has lasted for a decade.
The MacBook Pro lineup is getting the M4 chip treatment too, as they are due for their annual upgrade, we can also expect the Mac Studio to come with high performance M4 chips with no form factor changes, and let’s hope Apple will at least equip the new iPad mini at least with the A18 chip that’s present on the iPhone 16.
It is going to be an exciting year end for Cupertino, and we can’t wait to see what they have to show on stage.
