Logitech's Prodigy series of gaming peripherals now available in Malaysia

Logitech’s latest line of gaming peripherals, the Prodigy line, is now available locally after debuting the line at IFA 2016 earlier this month.

Made for those who wish to get gaming peripherals but do not have the ability to splash top dollar for it, the Prodigy line of peripherals consists of two mice, a keyboard, and a headset. Starting off with the mouse, the G403 Prodigy Gaming Mouse comes in both wired and wireless options. Featuring the most advanced gaming mouse sensor in the PMW3366, the G403 manages to deliver quicker responses and more accurate targeting. Both wired and wireless versions of the G403 also comes with advanced button tensioning for exceptional responsiveness. For the wireless option, the G403 comes with the wireless technology that is found in Logitech’s flagship mouse, the G900 Chaos Spectrum. The wired version of the G403 Prodigy Gaming Mouse will go for RM329, while the wireless version will retail for RM479.

For the keyboard, the Prodigy line has the G213 Prodigy RGB Gaming Keyboard. Sporting a sleek, spill-resistant design that is comfortable and durable, the G213 keyboard is tuned to deliver ultra-quick, responsive feedback that’s up to four times faster than standard keyboards. The anti-ghosting gaming matrix is tuned for optimal gaming performance, allowing you to press multiple gaming keys simultaneously. Much like many other keyboards these days, the G213 comes with five RGB illumination zones, all of which can be personalized via Logitech Gaming Software (LGS). The G213 Prodigy RGB Gaming Keyboard is priced at RM349.

Lastly, we have the G231 Prodigy Gaming Headset, a gaming headset that sports 40mm neodymium drivers. As it is a gaming headset, the G231 comes with a unidirectional boom mic that can be positioned to pick up your voice alone, ensuring that you will be heard loudly and clearly. When not in use, said mic can be foled back into the headphones. Comfort is a non-issue for the G231 Prodigy Gaming Headset as well as it the earcups are covered with sports performance cloth for a comfortable, soft touch even after hours of use. The G231 Gaming Headset is expected to retail for RM299.
