Its been a while since we’ve seen new huge phablet releases and Lenovo has brought in the PHAB Plus phablet, a 6.8-inch device that is announced back in IFA 2015, the PHAB Plus packs a huge and beautiful display alongside with a premium adonized aluminum body that resembles the iPhone 6s Plus a lot, in fact you migth not even be able to tell the difference if you are not careful enough, and that alone is just one part of the story.

The PHAB Plus is made for users who wants to combine the purpose of a smartphone and phablet in one single device, in thiscase the device accepts dual SIM cards and features a smart one handed operation mode which automatically shrinks the display and automatically adapts to the users’s hand orientation. In terms of specs, Lenovo has fitted the PHAB Plus with a Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 system-on-chip, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage expandable with Micro SD, a 6.8-inch Full HD IPS display with 326 ppi, a 13-megapixel main camera and 5-megapixel front camera, and a 3500mAh battery. The PHAB Plus also features Dolby Atmos sound technology and a 1.0cc size loudspeaker to complete the ultimate big screen experience.

Lenovo is making the device available immediately on all authorised Lenovo Exclusive Stores and authorised resellers nationwide at the price of RM1,199, the phablet competes directly with devices such as the Oppo R7 Plus we’ve reviewed recently and it comes preloaded with Android 5.0 Lollipop with very minimal customisations from Lenovo.
