Lenovo launches the ThinkBook 13s in Malaysia starting at RM4,369

Lenovo has launched a new laptop that goes under its sub-brand called ThinkBook that is made to accommodate for SMBs. The new ThinkBook 13s is is the first laptop of the sub-brand and is available now.

The ThinkBook 13s has a 13.3-inch FHD display paired with antiglare technology and Dolby Vision HDR. It comes with two 2W Harman speakers with Dolby Audio technology and also a touch fingerprint reader integrated with its power button. Security is important when it comes to business hence Lenovo also made sure to include FIDO authentication capabilities and ThinkShutter — a privacy cover for the laptop’s webcam.

Weighing at 1.3kg onwards, the ThinkBook 13s that is made of aluminium and magnesium metals comes with a Mineral Grey finish and has a spill resistant keyboard. It can be laid flat at 180° for convenience and has narrow bezels that are less than 5.5mm. 

The ThinkBook 13s supports up to 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor and has up to 16GB RAM paired with either 256GB SATA SSD or 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD storage. It sports an integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics but you can also get the AMD Radeon 540X with 2GB GDDR5 graphics card.

Apart from that, the laptop has a USB-C Gen 2, two USB 3.1 Gen 1, a headphone/mic combo and a HDMI port. It can last you up to 10 hours in a single charge, so there’s no need to worry that the laptop will fail you during long meetings.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 13s can be purchased at Lenovo exclusive stores nationwide and also on its online site with the starting price of RM4,369.
