Lenovo to reveal new Lemon K12 series

Lenovo has confirmed its upcoming Lemon K12 series by posting a teaser photo that confirms the series’ name and its arrival on December 9.

Lenovo is restarting the Lemon series

The Lemon series has been featuring entry-level smartphones since at least six years back, but Lenovo gradually stopped focusing on this series due to increasing competition. Now, it seems that Lenovo is ready to bring back the entry-level series with newer budget chipsets.

Lemon K12 series to compete against Redmi

According to GSMArena, the Lemon K12 lineup will be featuring three cameras with in a square camera bump and housing a punch-hole display. This series should also be directly competing against budget phones like the recent Redmi Note 9 series. 

Lemon K12 Pro is a rebranded Moto G9 Power

The Lenovo K12 Pro is expected to be a rebranded version of the Moto G9 Power by Motorola. If so, we should be expecting the K12 Pro to feature a Snapdragon 662 chip and a 720p screen.
