At long last, the Lenovo Legion Duel gaming smartphone has arrived in the country at a relatively affordable price of RM3,399.

Let’s jump right into the specs first – the phone runs the most powerful chipset to date, the Snapdragon 865 Plus; there are two storage and memory configurations – 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. Lenovo is also marketing the phone’s list of ‘Dual’ features which include a ‘dual battery’ pack that consist of two 2,300mAh batteries.

The phone supports up to 64W of fast charging and has two USB Type C ports – one on the bottom, and one on the side, which is similar to the ROG Phone 3 Pro. This too is another one of the phone’s Dual features.

There are also two haptic shoulder triggers (yes, another Dual feature), that supposedly provide a more immersive experience when gaming – this, of course, has been seen again on the ROG Phone 3. What’s interesting is that you can activate a burst-fire mode on for these triggers which could be useful to some people’s playing styles.

There’s a dual (yeap, again) front-facing speaker system that delivers Dirac Audio-engineered sound output which Lenovo claims create a 3D-like soundscape.

Moving on, the most interesting feature of the Lenovo Legion Duel is its pop-up selfie lens that’s placed on the side of the phone, or top when you’re gaming. This makes it easier for users to livestream without the need for an extra camera. Speaking of cameras, the main lenses here include a 64MP main shooter and a 16MP ultrawide lens.

The phone’s 6.59-inch display is capable of pushing a whopping 144Hz refresh rate, and also offers a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

The Lenovo Legion Duel is priced at RM3,399 for the 12GB+256GB model while the 16GB+512GB model is priced at RM3,999 and is available to purchase this October 26 via Lenovo’s website or participating partners.
