Lenovo launches the Tab 4 series with a Standard and Plus variant

Lenovo has unveiled new additions to their tablet family with the Tab 4 series. This new series brings two models, the Standard and Plus which each will come in 8-inch and 10-inch screen sizes.

The Lenovo Tab 4 will come with a 1280×800 IPS screen, Snapdragon 425 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage via MicroSD card. There is also an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera on the 10-inch model and 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera on the 8-inch variant. The 10-inch screen model will see a bigger battery of 7000mAh while the 8-inch will have 4850mAh battery, both will run Android 7.0 out-of-the-box.

On the Tab 4 Plus, we will be seeing a Snapdragon 625 with an option of 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB or 64GB of internal storage expandable via MicroSD card to 128GB. Both Pro sizes will have FHD screens but battery capacity will be the same as the standard versions.

The Standard model will retail for $127.99 and $179.99 for the 8-inch and 10-inch variants respectively. There is no pricing for the 8-inch Plus variant but the 10-inch model will retail for $279.99.
