ZTE is gearing up for the launch of the Axon 7 Max tomorrow. The phablet has had rumors surrounding it over the past couple of weeks, and though it is set to be unveiled later tomorrow, someone who is impatient has managed to leak out some renders of the Axon 7 Max, showing us what we should be expecting when the handset sees the light of day.
Some renders have been leaked from Russian website Helpix, said to be for the press and media when ZTE unveils the Axon 7 Max. Based on the renders, we can see that ZTE has maintained the design of the original Axon 7 to the Axon 7 Max, but it isn’t all the same. The latter appears to feature bottom firing speakers instead of immersive front facing speakers as seen on the former. Apart from that, the Axon 7 Max is seen with a dual rear camera configuration as rumored, although details on that are still very much vague. We do have some minor claims that suggest Sony being the one responsible for the dual rear camera setup. Having said that, the camera bump still exists on the Axon 7 Max.
The upcoming ZTE phablet is rumored to sport a 6-inch display on the front. Underneath the hood, the Axon 7 Max sports a mid range Snapdragon 625 processor instead of the Axon 7’s flagship Snapdragon 820 chipset. For the rest of the phablet’s specs, we shall wait till tomorrow when it goes official at ZTE’s launch event. Let us know your thoughts at the comments section below!
