iQOO 11 is the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phone to launch in Malaysia at RM3,299

iQOO, a gaming brand of vivo, has officially made its presence in Malaysia today with the iQOO 11 smartphone, which is also the very first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 smartphone to be commercially available.

Despite being a gaming phone, the iQOO 11 looks more of a premium and elegant smartphone all thanks to the crossover with BMW M Motorsport, where it features a white color faux leather back with BMW M Motorsport’s signature three stripes.

Sporting a 6.67-inch QHD AMOLED display that refreshes at 144Hz, the iQOO 11 comes with 16GB RAM and 256GB of storage, a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging and USB PD support, the phone ships with Android 13 with FunTouch OS out of the box.

Aside from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the phone is equipped with a dedicated vivo V2 ISP that assists the triple camera system, it comprises of a 50MP main lens with OIS, 12MP telephoto that does up to 2x optical zoom and an 8MP ultrawide lens, making it the best camera system that you can find on a gaming phone, as most gaming phones wouldn’t feature a telephoto lens.

On top of that, the iQOO 11’s main camera supports up to 8K video recording at 30fps, while the telephoto and ultrawide lens are limited to just 1080p at 30fps.

As for selfies, the iQOO 11 services mobile gamers with a 16MP shooter.

The iQOO 11 is currently available for purchase at RM3,299, customers can purchase the phone at iQOO Malaysia’s Lazada and Shopee official store.
