The iPhone 8 will be available in a new “Blush Gold” color

Apple has made the Rose Gold color popular, while it has also led the fame of the glossy Jet Black color. It has hard to doubt that the company’s iPhone’s are the greatest trendsetters in the smartphone industry, though the handsets are often seemingly left behind in terms of features such as water and dust resistance, and high resolution screens, along with Apple’s own way of handling its iOS software. A well known tipster, Ben Geskin has posted renders of the new color of the upcoming iPhone 8.

According to Geskin, there will be a new gold variant which differs slightly from the Gold and Rose Gold variants of Apple’s iPhones. The rendered iPhone 8 in the image above is said to be of “Blush Gold”, claimed to be the internal name in Foxconn, and will be available in 64GB and 128GB storage options.

The Blush Gold color seems like Rose Gold with a yellow tint, and we are not too sure that we will be fans of this new color if Geskin’s claims are true. This also brings another question of whether or not the Blush Gold color option will replace any of the current color options available with the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Perhaps Apple will do away with either gold color option or maybe even the Jet Black color to welcome Blush Gold. We’re guessing that Apple’s doing the former.

What do you think of this Blush Gold iPhone? Will Apple launch this new color option or will it stick with the old ones?
