iPhone 7 Plus faces camera issues

The iPhone 7 Plus sported one of the most revolutionary features in Apple’s history – a dual rear camera setup. Despite not being the first ever smartphone to feature a dual camera configuration, such feature is pretty fresh when it comes to Apple’s devices. The iPhone 7 Plus has one, or in this case, two of the best smartphone cameras out in the market today. But with every launched handset comes issues and faults, and the iPhone 7 Plus is no different.

According to a report by BGR, numerous iPhone 7 Plus users have reported their phone cameras “dying” on them. Users have reportedly opened up their camera apps (stock or third party), only to be greeted by a black image. Even if they do get an image, it is usually in a purple or green tint, along with an on-screen prompt which states “Emergency iPhone needs to cool down”, despite the phone not feeling warm at all.

Some iPhone 7 Plus users who faced the “dying” camera issue went to the Apple Store and were given the green light for a full replacement of the unit. Apple hasn’t seemed to have officially addressed this issue surrounding the iPhone 7 Plus, but keep your eyes peeled. Have you faced any issues similar to the one mentioned?
