iPhone 7 makes landfall in Malaysia on the 14th of October (UPDATE)

Malaysia will be getting the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus soon as Apple has announced the release date for the company’s latest smartphones on its webpage today. The date? 14th October 2017.

While Apple has yet to announce the official pricing of both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, it is expected that either phones will be a lot cheaper than the ones that were available for pre-order on Lazada a few weeks ago. Of course, with the iPhone 7’s availability looming on the horizon, Malaysia’s telco companies have begin preparing the expect contract-iPhone bundle plans. Maxis, Digi, Celcom and UMobile have all opened their iPhone 7 pages, allowing anyone to register their interest in the iPhone 7. However, none of the telcos are revealing their iPhone 7 Plans yet.

For those who have been waiting for the iPhone 7 with bated breath, you need only wait for another two weeks or so before you’re able to get your hands on one without resorting to international imports.
