Infinix is taking smartphone videography a step further with the introduction of the ZERO 30 5G smartphone, an upper mid-range phone that features a powerful 50MP front camera capable of taking 4K videos at 60 fps, which will no doubt thrill content creators when it arrives in Malaysia.
Powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 8020 processor, the phone comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage, a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display that refreshes at 144Hz, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 68W fast wired charging and can charge the phone from 1% to 80% in a just 30 minutes.
On the back, the phone has a triple camera array that houses a 108MP f1.7 main camera with OIS, 13MP ultrawide camera and 2MP AI lens, the main camera is also capable of taking up to 4K videos at 60 fps, however the ultrawide should be limited to 1080p 60 fps as with similar class phones.
The ZERO 30 5G will ship with XOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box, which includes features such as an updated Folax voice assistant that integrates ChatGPT, Smart Search and AI Wallpaper Generator.
Available in color options of Golden Hour, Pink Rose, Rome Green and Fantasy Purple, local availability hasn’t been announced yet but in India, the 8GB+128GB variant retails for INR23,999 (RM1,348) and the 12GB+256GB variant retails for INR24,999 (RM1,404), expect prices to be much lower as usual when it eventually launches in Malaysia.
