Huawei to unveil new phones on the 1st of September

You won’t have to wait too long to know about Huawei’s next big thing as it appears that the Chinese smartphone makers have sent invites to various outlets revealing that they will be announcing new phone(s) in September.

Huawei’s little event will be held on the 1st of September, just a day before IFA 2016 takes place in Berlin, Germany. While the company hasn’t revealed which phone will be in the spotlight, speculations are rife that Huawei will be revealing the latest entry into the Mate seires, the Mate 9. Of course, the Mate 9 isn’t the only possibility on the board as there are rumours going around that Huawei will be developing yet another Nexus phone for this year.

Whether or not Huawei will be revealing a new Mate or a new Nexus remains to be seen, but as the date draws closer, we fully expect more details on either phones to be leaked.
