Huawei Mate 30 could support up to 30W wireless charging as schematics spotted on FCC

With the impending introduction of the Huawei Mate 30 flagship series, the Chinses reportedly have a 30W wireless charger registered through the FCC.

Early rumours say that the Mate 30 will support 25W wireless charging – which is as fast as what you’d expect of wired charging nowadays. So this new tip suggest that will go one better with 30W.

But here’s the catch, the FCC hasn’t quite approved the application yet since the charger doesn’t meet the requirements of a 30W output. But the schematics were shared, so we know how the device could look like – which is pretty much your standard, hockey puck look.

There’s still a bit of time for Huawei to remedy the issues and push it out by the time the Mate 30 releases.
