Inc. has announced the opening of its Experience Hub (aka X-Hub) in Kuala Lumpur. The flagship store was created through a partnership with Malaysian tech retailer, Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd and aims to provide a seamless online-to-offline (O2O) experiential retail experience for its customers.

So, what’s the big deal about it?

Well for starters, the X-Hub unifies the retail experience across the Southeast Asia region by connecting 82 online stores that are spread across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Phillipines (with Thailand and Vietnam to follow soon in March).

Customers can personally engage with a team of dedicated experts stationed at the X-Hub, known as HP Live Advisors, via live-time video calls or chats in your preferred language and even join livestreams on the latest HP products. All of this can be done at HP’s Virtual Showroom .

Enough about online, what about offline?

Customers visiting the X-Hub’s physical store in Malaysia get to experience “Test Drive” stations that mimics scenarios that showcases how it would be like if you were to buy the product and use it.

The hub features a huge range of products for you to test out, such as:

  • Premium – High-end consumer devices
  • Gaming – Laptops, desktops, and monitors
  • Commercial – Business-grade devices
  • Print – Home and office printing

Furthermore, customers can even grab a cup of coffee from the café located within the hub while accessing personalisation services — custom engraving, printing, and the repair drop off area.
