HP’s new Envy AIO desktops comes built with Alexa and a Qi charger

We know that Alexa is making its way into Windows devices, and HP is one of the few people to adopt Alexa over Cortana as a smart assistant for their Windows All-in-One computers. That’s exactly what they did with their 34-inch Envy AIO computer that was just announced.

HP is not doing a half-hearted work by implementing Alexa, as the Envy AIO comes with far-field microphones and a blue light at its base that is similar to the light on the Amazon Echo. That same section houses soundbar that comes with four Bang & Olufsen speakers and two passive radiators coupled with HP Immersive Audio to provide loud and clear surround sound and smart audio. The speakers were built in a way that it blast sound at a 45-degree angle to create a cone of sound targeted at the user.

Specs wise, it comes with a 34-inch 21:9 WQHD display, 8th-generation Intel Core T-Series processors and up to a Nvidia GeForece GTX 1050 graphics card. Lastly, it comes with a Qi charger built into the base of the AIO, and it has a faux-dark ash wood grain finish that is very appealing.

There is a 24-inch version of the Envy AIO which will retail for $1,399, available at the end of May 2018. The 34-inch version will be available later in the year with pricing to follow.
