Honor teases the arrival of Crush Red Honor View 10 (Update: Availability)

The Honor View 10 can be considered as the best alternative to the Huawei Mate 10 Pro, sporting the very same 5.99-inch FullView display, Kirin 970 SoC with AI, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage, the phone retails RM1000 cheaper than its flagship counterpart while opting for a metal body and a non-Leica branded dual camera system. If you have been looking for a new smartphone to welcome this Chinese New Year or celebrate Valentines Day, Honor has announced that Malaysia will be the first country to receive the Crush Red color variant of the Honor View 10 on mid-February, no exact date has been mentioned yet, but we are certain that Honor would probably rush to have it in by February 14.

Priced officially at RM2,099, the Honor View 10 comes with lots of great software features over the Mate 10 Pro, such as having support for Facial Unlock, storage expansion and a headphone jack. While the camera sensors may not be as compelling as the Mate 10 Pro’s f/1.6 Leica lens, the camera software on the other hand features some fun modes such as the AR Lens, which is able to apply stickers on to faces when detected, and a 3D panorama feature that lets you shoot live moving panoramas. Unlike the previous Honor flagship, the Honor View 10 now supports Huawei’s Super Charging protocol and has a 3750mAh battery that offers close to two days of battery life.

If you are lucky, you might be able to find certain online retailers selling the Honor View 10 for less than RM1900 at this time, so all you need to do is to head on over to 11street and Lazada to find out.

Update 5/2/2018: Honor Malaysia has revealed that the Crush Red Honor View 10 will be available from February 8 onwards over at www.vmall.my
