Honor 9 teased to launch in Malaysia

The Honor 9 is the next anticipated phone by Huawei’s sub brand to look forward to. The company recently unveiled the impressive Honor 8 Pro, also known as the Honor V9 in China. Honor has also updated its mid range lineup with the dual camera Honor 6X, though its build quality might have been compromised. The Honor 9 is slated to be unveiled on the 12th of June, and chances are that we will see its appearance in Malaysia pretty soon.

A new press release by Honor has hinted at an Honor phone that will be making its way to Malaysian shores. It is highly likely that the phone mentioned is the Honor 9. The handset is said to feature “next-generation technology, improved speed, and an inspired design.” It is also promised to standout from the rest in the same smartphone category.

The Honor 9 has rumored to sport a 5.15-inch 1080p display, a Kirin 960 processor, 4GB of RAM and possibly a 6GB RAM variant, plus 64GB of internal storage. The camera department is rumored to consist of a 20MP and a 12MP sensor, along with an 8MP shooter on the front. All of that supported by the power of a 3,100mAh battery.

We’re almost sure that the Honor phone that has been teased is indeed the Honor 9. The Honor 8 featured a rather attractive glass design compared to its predecessors. What will you expect from the Honor 9?
