HMD will be launching two new Nokia smartphones at MWC 2017

HMD’s first Nokia-branded phone, the Nokia 6, has been surprisingly well received considering the fact that the phone was completely sold out when it launched in China. Perhaps galvanised by this success, HMD is looking to launch two new phones at MWC that will be happening in two weeks’ time.

According to known leaker Evan Blass, HMD will be launching the Nokia 3 and the Nokia 5 at Barcelona. Besides the two new phones, HMD may also be reviving the Nokia 3310, a model that is well known for its ridiculous durability.

For the new phones, the Nokia 5’s will come with the Snapdragon 430 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 5.2″ screen, and a 12MP rear camera. Specifications for the Nokia 3 has yet to be leaked, but we fully expect the phone to be a step below the Nokia 5. Both the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 is expected to have a price tag of EUR149 (RM703) and EUR199 (RM939) respectively, while the revived Nokia 3310 will be priced at EUR59 (RM278).
