Nokia has posted a teaser on their official Twitter account for a phone launch on 21 August 2018 and it is said to be their most powerful phone that can stand up to the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S9 phone. They did not mention what the phone will be but there are indicators pointing to the Nokia 9.
In their Twitter post, it shows a silhouette of a phone with the title “Get ready to unveil the most awaited phone”. Because of this title, we can assume its the Nokia 9 which the company has said that they will release on September 2018, but it looks like they might have pushed forward the release of the phone. The Nokia 9 is said to come with a Snapdragon 845 processor alongside features that rivals the Galaxy S9. Other rumours have said that the phone will come with a notch and an in-display fingerprint sensor, but those are just rumours and was not confirmed by HMD Global.
We will update you when they launch the phone and if the phone is even the Nokia 9 phone or another phone that they have been keeping under wraps.
