Here’s a clear view and specs of the Galaxy A54 5G and A34 5G

While Samsung is still riding on the high momentum of the Galaxy S23 series, the company’s mid-range Galaxy A series is due for an upgrade this year, and before the next ‘Awesome’ launch happens, we are already seeing press images of the Galaxy A54 5G and A34 5G in courtesy of MediaMarkt, a German electronics chain store, which they may have accidentally published the live listing before the launch.

Both phones feature a major design change on their camera bumps while retaining their previous punch hole and water drop display notch, they also continue to feature IP67 water and dust resistance.

Powered by an Exynos 1380 chip that’s paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, the Galaxy A54 5G is expected to sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED 120Hz FHD+ display, the camera setup is a 50MP OIS wide, 12MP ultrawide and 5MP macro lens, while a 5,000mAh battery powers it with support for 25W fast charging.

On the other hand, the Galaxy A34 5G is expected to sport a larger 6.6-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED display, while interestingly Samsung has decided to employ the Mediatek Dimensity 1080 chip to power the phone and pair it with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage, the camera seems to be taken from the Galaxy A54 5G, which oddly makes it a more attractive device than the A54 5G if you don’t mind that dated V-shaped notch.

While we can safely assume the design of these phones to be final, we will take the leaked specs with a pinch of salt, especially on the lower-end Galaxy A34 5G, we definitely can’t wait to see what Samsung has in store for us on the Galaxy A series as they have always delivered great value on them.
