Google is adding 6 new voices to Assistant, one of them will be John Legend’s voice

Google has just shown us why Assistant is now the smartest voice assistant, but they also showed how they are making it the most fun by adding different voices to replace the default voice we have grown accustomed to.

The company has announced that six new voice are coming to Assistant including the famous voice of John Legend which they used WaveNet. WaveNet is the same program that is powering Google’s DeepMind AI, and by feeding it voice tracks from a source, the final product is a working, functioning voice that Google can use to replace the default voice of Assistant.

Google has mentioned that the new voice will become by the end of the year and in the future, they plan to have different ethnics things and accents so it would make everyone from all around the world more comfortable to have a conversation with the smart assistant.
