Google has said that they are constantly improving their Android Go apps and back in July, they said that Google Go will eventually read web pages for you.
It looks like that feature has arrived on Google Go and it can support up to 28 languages including Indian languages like Hindi, Tamil and more. The feature will help users that have trouble reading or don’t understand the language used on the website. It will even highlight words as it reads for you which could help in improving the understanding of the language. The feature will even work on 2G networks and requires very minimal data, as it uses AI to shorten paragraphs to highlight the important points.
The feature is mainly made for the Indian market as very few of them have access to an Internet connection as it will help expose them to the other languages around the world.
