Goofy and Daisy Duck comes to Samsung’s AR Emoji

Samsung’s AR Emoji has been one of the best alternatives to Apple’s Animoji, and while it already has Disney characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse when it debuted on the Galaxy S9, it is now adding Goofy and Daisy Duck to its AR Emoji family, which is great to hear and a good effort to show that the company isn’t giving up on the feature, though it doesn’t perform as well as Apple’s Animoji on the iPhone X due to the lack of facial recognition sensors. The Daisy Duck and Goofy characters will be available as a free download on the Galaxy Apps Store, while Samsung and Disney also promised that they will be bringing more characters to the AR Emoji platform.

Unlike Animoji, AR Emojis are created using the Camera app and allows you to create your own animated emoji by detecting your facial features, it allows you to record video AR emojis as long as your phone’s memory could hold, and can be shared to any messaging and social media apps with ease.

Go download these new Disney characters on your Galaxy S9 now.
