GarageBand’s new update now offers free lessons and adds 1,000 new loops

If you are a Mac user then you know about the program called GarageBand, a tool that allows you to record music, record podcasts and more. The app is mainly used by audio engineers and musicians and recently, Apple has updated the software with free lessons and a whole lot of loops

The previous update finally added support for the Touch Bar and realistic sounding drummers on the desktop. Now, Apple is adding more addition to its drums, loops, sound effects and they are making their $5 piano and guitar lessons free. You will be able to download as many lessons from the GarageBand Store, taught by popular artists like Alex Lifeson from Rush, Ben Gibbard from Death Cab for Cutie and Ben Folds.GarageBand version 10.3 will be available as a free update from the Mac App Store adding 1,000 new electronic and urban loops and 400 new sound effects like animal, machines and voice effects. There will also be Chinese and Japanese drums for you to experiment with.
