The Gamdias Achilles is a gaming chair with RGB lighting

Most gaming peripheral companies are already over obsessed with RGB lighting on their products, and this isn’t coming to an end yet, GAMDIAS has managed to add RGB lighting on their new Achilles gaming chair, which the company has been showcasing at its Computex booth. The Gamdias Achilles is the first gaming chair that the company has ever produced, it uses PVC leather upholstery and has a head rest pillow, 4 way arm rest like most other chairs, but what’s unique to this chair is that it has a leg rest cushion that extends from below the chair, making it a rather comfortable chair to sit and rest on.

Turn the chair to the back, you will find the RGB lighting right under the head rest, which illuminates once you connect to a power source with the well hidden USB cable under the seat, Gamdias says that you can change the lighting styles and color with its Hera software when connected to your PC. In addition, Gamdias will provide an extra long USB cable out of the box so that you won’t trip over the cable if you aren’t careful.

Gamdias intends to ship the Achilles later this year to the Malaysian market, no pricing has been announced just yet but it should cost around RM1000-RM1300 when it launches here. The Achilles is also available in five color options – Blue, Black, Purple, White and Yellow.
