Galaxy S7 Active listed on GFXBench along with specs

Just recently, we saw a couple of leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy S7 Active in the wild, sporting the same camouflage design but huge rubber bumpers in place of the metal fram seen on the S6 Active from last year. Now, we’re looking at the supposed spec sheet of the rugged handset after it was listed on benchmark site GFXBench.

As expected, the Galaxy S7 Active will turn out to be a powerhouse as well, packing flagship specs under the hood. On the front, we’re looking at a 5.5-inch display in detailed QHD resolution. Also, we will be expecting a Snapdragon 820 processor as listed on the benchmark result plus 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. On the camera side of things, we’re likely looking at the same 12MP primary camera as seen on the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge, coupled with a 5MP selfie cam.

The Galaxy S7 Active will be running Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. This will definitely be a phone built for the wild, or for the reckless and careless folks out there who want their devices to last at least a year or two. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
