Galaxy AI could come to mid-range Galaxy A series phones

After debuting Galaxy AI on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Samsung eventually introduced the full suite of it to older flagship models shortly, and it has now been rumored that the company could ultimately bring Galaxy AI to the Galaxy A series, particularly the Galaxy A35 and A55, which are some of the best mid-range devices we have seen from the company.

This shouldn’t come as a surprise, as the recent Galaxy A series have been lacking outstanding features as compared to the competition, but we don’t expect the full suite of Galaxy AI features to be available since some of them do require on-device processing, which the current Galaxy A series NPU might not be powerful enough to handle them all.

If it ever becomes true, the Galaxy A35 and A55 should see a major One UI update soon and we expect cloud-based AI features such as Circle to Search, Chat Assist and Note Assist to arrive at these devices, this will most definitely make the Galaxy A series stand out from the rest and give others a run for their money.

However, with this being a rumor, let’s take it with a grain of salt, but we can be certain that Samsung really wants to bring Galaxy AI for all through the A series.
