Since Samsung opened up its Galaxy Beta Program last month for Galaxy S7 users, it has pushed out three beta software updates, and with an official release expected real soon, Samsung has rolled out the fourth beta update for the Galaxy S7 series. This update is probably the final beta build before Samsung goes public with Android Nougat software.
This new build is known as ZLPH, and it does not come with any known additions or major improvements. Instead, the ZLPH build removes the Samsung Notes app which was added from earlier beta builds. The software update, which carries a weight of 280.68 MB according to screenshots by the folks at Android Central, only had Samsung mentioning bug fixes and stability improvements.
This software update pretty much seems like a “clean up” build, to make sure that almost everything is up and running without hiccups, ensuring the software’s stability for an official public release soon. It is too late to opt in for Samsung’s Galaxy Beta Program as Samsung has closed the registration. Nevertheless, it shouldn’t take long before Samsung releases its official Nougat based software for the Galaxy S7 series. Are you part of the Galaxy Beta Program?
