Fitbit has officially launched their latest product, the Fitbit Charge 3 in Malaysia which Fitbit have proudly claimed that Malaysia is the first country to launch the Fitbit Charge 3 in Southeast Asia due to its good reception in Malaysia for their previous Charge family products.
The new Fitbit Charge 3 is lightweight, comfortable and fashionable and comes with five different type of straps that accommodate users sense of style such as Classic, Special Edition, Sport, Woven, and Horween. With a large touchscreen and backlit display that automatically adjusts to lighting conditions, the Fitbit Charge 3 makes it easier to see stats, notifications or time in broad daylight or night when the lightings are different.
The Fitbit Charge 3 is packed with new features such as “Swimproof” which makes the Charge 3 water resistant up to 50 meter under water and would automatically track users swimming activity that could detect users’ swimming duration time and the amount of laps done.
The Fitbit Charge 3 also comes with 15 goal based exercise modes such as swim, run, weights, yoga and many more, which users could customize and set an exercise goal for calories burn, distance, duration, and see their real time status and progress. The Fitbit Charge 3 also comes with a connected GPS that allows users to see their real time pace and distance on screen during their outdoor runs, rides, or hikes using the connected GPS from their phone.
The battery life of the Fitbit Charge 3 could last up to 7 days without charging which allows user to wear the Fitbit Charge 3 to bed and it will automatically track the amount of time user spend in light, deep or REM sleep cycles, as well as time awake each night. With an enhanced 24/7 PurePulse heart rate technology, the Fitbit Charge 3 delivers greater accuracy than Charge 2 during activities such as jogging, spinning, and interval training, plus a better measure of calories burn and resting heart rate to help you optimize your workouts and uncover health trends.
Unlike their previous products, Fitbit Charge 3 now allow users to stay connected with their phone while they’re on the move by getting call alerts, text notifications, and quick replies. But unfortunately, quick replies are only applicable for Android phones but Fitbit is planning to expand the feature to iOS phones.
The Fitbit Charge 3 is now available with the price of RM728 for “Black with graphite aluminium case” and “Blue gray with rose gold aluminium case”, while the Fitbit Charge 3 Special Edition will be available for RM838 whereas all the Fitbit Charge 3 accessories would cost users with a price range from RM120 to RM230.
