Fitbit partners with Cardiogram so users can get more insights on their health data

Fitbit is one of the most popular fitness wearables out there and now it has partnered with Cardiogram — a digital health and fitness diary app.

Cardiogram syncs with your Fitbit device and for iOS users, your Health app. It has various screen monitoring tools that can provide users with insights of their data. It provide daily summaries of data including resting bmp, peak bpm, step count and also sleep duration.

In addition, there’s also a Metrics tab that show you comparisons of your data compared to other Cardiogram users, and trends of your data. On its Habits tab, you can pick various kinds of habits to take on such as mediation, daily run, no blue light before sleep or no coffee after 2pm. The app aims to help users build good habits to improve their health. 

Cardiogram can be downloaded for free and is available for both Android and iOS users. However, you can also subscribe for its Premium membership that allows you to share your health dat with your family and doctor, in addition to medical grade tests for diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure and atrial fibrillation.
