Yesterday ASUS revealed some of its gaming peripherals; today, ASUS announced several PCs for businessmen and students including the ExpertBook B9, ChromeBook CX9 and the all-new BR1100.
ExpertBook B9 and ExpertBook B1 come with new features for business users
In addition to that, the ExpertBook B9 is the lightest 14-inch business laptop that delivers more than 20 hours battery life. It supports up to 32GB LDDR4x RAM, Intel Wifi 6 and also has Intel Thunderbolt 4 for faster data transfer. This laptop is also very durable as its build is military grade-certified and it has a spill-resistant keyboard paired with a 720p webcam that comes with a privacy shutter.
Under the hood, this 14-inch LCD laptop is powered by up to Intel Core i7-1185G7 chip and Intel Iris Xe graphics. IT has one USB-A port, two USB-C ports, one HDMI 2.0b port and a 3.55mm audio jack.
As for the ExpertBook B1, it weighs heavier than the 0.88kg ExpertBook B9. The 14-inch model weighs at 1.45kg whereas the 15-inch model weighs at 1.72kg. Both laptops sport NanoEdge display, comes with up to 48GB of RAM paired with up to 1TB SSD and 2TB HDD storage. You’ll also get an Intel Thunderbolt 4 port, one USB-C port, one USB-A port, a microSD card slot, an Ethernet port and a microSD card slot.

Made for students, the ASUS BR1100 is an 11.6-inch laptop that come with a rugged design featuring an all-round rubber bumper, spill-resistant keyboard and reinforced structure. It also passes the US military-grade tests and can survive up to 120cm drops. Its keyboard frame uses an ASUS BacGuard that prevents growth of bacteria and it also has a physical webcam shield that can be swiped over the lens for those who are wary of their privacy.
